From anywhere in Australia for the cost of a local call you can
call this confidential telephone services for information, support
and advice on smoking cessation. Also available free of charge
are 'Quit Packs'.

Smokechange
Smokechange offers free, step-by-step support through change that
is personalised, matched to individual readiness, can be home-based
and 1 or 2 sessions or several over several months. Smokechange
is a health-funded service provided by Education for Change for
addressing smoking in pegnancy .
