College endorsed statements are guidelines/statements from other organisations
and bodies on areas not covered by existing College Statements which have been
approved by the Women's Health Committee of the RANZCOG.
It was developed as a framework to assess documents for College endorsement. It covers the assessment and classification of in-house documents (i.e. College Statements) and public documents from external organisations. Endorsement translates into permission to use RANZCOG's Coat of Arms and to appear on the list of ‘Endorsed Statements of Other Bodies' below. The policy was approved by the Women's Health Committee (WHC) in March 2007 and was subsequently endorsed by Council. Endorsement requests are handled initially by the WHC and if approved at that level, are presented to Council for endorsement. More
