From the President

  • Liam Davison: All at the College were devastated to learn that one of our long standing senior staff, Liam Davison, was, together with his wife, amongst those lost with Malaysian Airlines flight MH17.  Liam has made an enormous contribution to the College over almost eight years; most recently leading the on-line learning portfolio and CLIMATE development.  He was always very generous with his time and had a great sense of humour.  He will be greatly missed.
A memorial service to commemorate the lives of Liam and Frankie was held at Toorak College on the upper playing field, overlooking Port Phillip Bay, on Sunday 27th July 2014.
  • Council Elections: As the term of the eighth RANZCOG Council draws to a close, nominations for the ninth RANZCOG Council are now open. The involvement by a broad cross-section of the Fellowship in College matters is important to the future of RANZCOG and I encourage all Fellows with an interest in the College to consider nominating for Council.
