Scholarships & Fellowships
About the Scholarships and Fellowships
The RANZCOG Research Foundation supports scientific and clinical research in women's health and offers fellowships, scholarships and travel assistance.
RANZCOG Research Foundation Scholarships and Fellowships are available for application between April and 30 June each year. Some of the longer scholarships are not offered for application every year.
The value of RANZCOG Research Foundation scholarships and fellowships are subject to variation, as determined by the Board of Directors.
Occasional Scholarships/Fellowships
From time-to-time the Research Foundation is able to offer highly sought after occasional scholarships and fellowships. In 2003-2004 the Foundation offered the ANZJOG Research Scholarship and in 2004-2005 the RANZCOG Members Research Scholarship was offered.
Conditions of Award
There are Conditions of Award for each scholarship as well as general Conditions for all RANZCOG Research Foundation Scholarships and Fellowships. All applicants are advised to view the full Conditions of Award ( 58 KB) for RANZCOG Research Foundation Scholarships and Fellowships prior to submitting an application.
Applications
Applications should be submitted using the appropriate RANZCOG Research Foundation Application Form with supporting documentation as required.
There are two application types: general awards and travel awards.
Applicants wishing to be considered for more than one general award should indicate this on their application. Applicants are not, however, able to submit more than one research project application in any given year.
Applicants wishing to be considered for both travel awards should indicate this on their application. Applicants are not, however, able to submit more than one travel award application in any given year.
