Constitution of the RANZCOG Research Foundation

The Constitution of the RANZCOG Research Foundation sets out the objectives of the Foundation and compliance under the Corporations Act. It includes such items as membership of the Foundation, procedures at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), composition and management of the Board of Directors, and meetings of the Board.

The Constitution was adopted at the November 2006 Annual General Meeting and replaced the Memorandum & Articles of Association.
