The objectives of the Rural Health Continuing Education (RHCE) program, funded by the Australian Government through the Department of Health and Ageing, is to provide education opportunities that support continuing professional development (CPD) for individual specialists as well as groups of specialists in rural and remote locations in Australia, with a focus on activities that encourage multidisciplinary team (MDT) - based learning.
