Attendance at the Meeting Dinner on Thursday 14 August 2008 is an additional $80.00 (inc GST).
Cancellations and Refunds
Any alterations or cancellations must be notified in writing by post, fax or email. In the event of cancellation of registration an administration fee of $75.00 will apply. All other monies will be refunded.
