The RANZCOG is committed to improving the health of Indigenous women in Australia and New Zealand and to provide support for Fellows / Trainees who are current service providers to Indigenous communities.
Think Tank
Indigenous Women’s Health Think Tank
In August 2005, an Indigenous Women’s Health Think Tank was held at College House which aimed to:
- identify which issues need addressing, and
- how these could be achieved both in the long and short term.
Outcomes from the Think Tank included a proposal for an Indigenous Training Scholarship and the creation of a Working Party to progress developments.
