Continuing Professional Development

The FSEP is accredited for appropriate Continuing Professional Development and Medical Education programs.

Australian and New Zealand Obstetricians: RANZCOG CPD Program

The full program has been approved for 7 PR&CRM points.

The refresher program has been approved for 4 PR&CRM points.

RANZCOG Fellows can claim further PR&CRM points for completing associated CTG audits either before or after their session.

. These points are summarized in the Quality Cycle sheet ( 148KB ).

We have also created a user-friendly audit tool ( 148KB ), which makes it quick and easy to complete this bonus PR&CRM activity.

Australian GP Obstetricians: RACGP QA&CPD Program

Applications for points under the RACGP QA&CPD Program for the 2008-2010 triennium have been submitted for both the FSEP Full and Refresher Programs.

Australian GP Obstetricians: ACRRM PDP Program

Applications for points under the ACRRM PDP Program for the 2008-2010 triennium have been approved for both the FSEP Full and Refresher Programs. Points allocation are currently TBA.

Australian midwives: ACMI PDCP Program

The full program has been approved for 6 points.

The refresher program has been approved for 3 points.

New Zealand midwives: New Zealand Midwifery Council

The full program has been approved as an elective course and participants gain 10 points.

An application is pending for approval of points for the refresher session.
