Welcome to the RANZCOG New Zealand and Regional Committees

New Zealand and Australian Regional Committees

These committees are administrative bodies which represent the College in New Zealand and in each Australian State.

Trainees in New Zealand, Queensland and NSW send their training documentation to the relevant Executive Officers of these Committees.

New Zealand and Australian Regional Training Accreditation (TA) Committees

These RANZCOG Committees, covering New Zealand and Australian States and Territories are responsible for the appointment of Program Co-ordinators and Training Supervisors in the RANZCOG Integrated Training Program (ITP).

The TA Committees also review applications made by prospective MRANZCOG / FRANZCOG Trainees in the relevant State, Territory or country.

The Chairs of these committees are also responsible for reviewing and signing the mid-semester and six-monthly training documentation of Trainees in the relevant State, Territory or country and overseeing their progress More

New Zealand and Regional Committee Constitutions

Constitution of the New Zealand Committee

The New Zealand Committee of the RANZCOG is a Standing Committee of Council. The Constitution was approved by Council in July 2001.

Constitution of the Australian Regional Committees

A Standing Committee of Council is established in each State or Territory in Australia - the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (Qld), South Australia/Northern Territory (SA/NT), Tasmania (Tas), Victoria (Vic) and Western Australia (WA).

The Constitution describes membership, functions and terms of regional committees, including procedures for elections.
