College Constitution
The RANZCOG's Constitution sets out the
objectives of the College and compliance under the Corporations
Act. It includes such items as the College's objectives, defines
its membership, sets out disciplinary action and cessation of membership,
Annual General Meetings (AGMs), describes and defines the
Council, Executive and election processes, outlines the powers of Council and
Committees, describes accounts and audit processes and the indemnity
of officers.

Constitution of the New Zealand Committee
The New Zealand Committee of the RANZCOG is a Standing Committee
of Council. The Constitution was approved by Council in July 2001.

Constitution of the Australian Regional Commitees
A Standing Committee of Council is established in each State or
Territory in Australia - the Australian Capital Territory (ACT),
New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (Qld), South Australia/Northern
Territory (SA/NT), Tasmania (Tas), Victoria (Vic) and Western Australia
(WA).
The Constitution describes membership, functions and terms of regional
committees, including procedures for elections.
